Burhakaba Town Section Committee (BTSC) is a non-profit, non-political, nongovernmental organization committed to undertake relief and development programs in Buurhakaba. to reduce the suffering people of most vulnerable & marginalized groups and provide the services needed to increase their self-sufficiency. Specializing in meeting the needs of communities emerges from conflict or natural disaster, BTSC collaborates with wide range donors, local organizations, and many others to carry sustainable services.
BTSC has offices and activities in Burhakaba Headquartered Office, Baidoa Branch office and Mogadishu Liaison Office. BTSC is Legally registered body. The organization is registered under “The MOI as NGO ) of Government of Somalia and also MoPIC of Southwest State of Somalia.
BTSC is a legally registered national Somali NGO formed by professional indigenous of different Biography, backgrounds in Burhakaba February 7,2007, and is dedicated to carry out humanitarian and development activities with special focus on grass root level of community-based needs to the most vulnerable and marginalized communities in southwest of Somalia, Specially BurHakaba District Bay region, since 2007 many assorted projects implemented through the auspice of some UN agencies mainly (UNICEF), OCHA, INGO’s, Diaspora, Business, Good will people and others.
